Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you complete command over your e-mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your email mailbox accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mail messages based on specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just select the e-mailbox you would like to forward e-mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
